I am looking for any and all information on "Application Generators".
That is, programs that can be configured to generate other programs.

What I am trying to do is present the user with a menu-driven
interface where he/she can select some parameters and have a program
created that will do what is selected.

If you are familiar with a package that does this (claims to be an
application generator/generates applications), or have a suggestion of
where I can look, please reply.
