Another solution it to add more memory and set up a ram disk, copy the files on your b: disk to the ram disk and use the assign command to cause requests to drive b: to go th the ram disk. Most of your jr's wont need 256 for most of their work so you can move the memory sidecars from the ones who dont' need it, to the ones who do, and that solves the memory problem.
