The methods you listed should work correctly with the Kiss, except
that they don't handle xon/xoff handshaking.  Get ahold of a share-
ware type print spooling program (mspool version 2 or 3 possibly)
to handle it.  You might also find it useful to use mode to redirect
the lpt1: output to whatever serial port the printer is attached to.
