It sounds like your BIOS doesn't support a drive type that has 977
cylinders and 4 heads, as the 4051 does.  What's more, DOS doesn't
support a logical drive size of more than 32MB.  The solution:
Use SpeedStor.  Seagate began to ship this program after a bunch
of complaints about not being about to use the whole drive.  It
is also available direct from the software developers, but I don't
remember the name.  SpeedStor allows you to partition to drive into
two logical drives, and lets you effectively ignore the BIOS drive
types.
