Has anyone had any experience using the National Library of Medicine
Grateful Med software package to search their Medline databases and
other databases?  At $29.95 plus only online charges (no subscriptions)
it seems like a good deal, and I'm tempted to try it (at least in non-
prime-time hours).  Has anyone  found any other inexpensive ways to
do such searches (e.g., is the Index Medicus available on disk or
optical disk, accessible by modem in any local -- North Carolina --
libraries)?  Any suggestions are appreciated.  Will summarize useful
responses to the net.  Thanks in advance.
