We have 1.4M of extended memory on an AT-clone.  We would like to dynamically
allocate memory from it using MS-Pascal or at least to set aside some of the 
memory for use as fast local buffers.  I would appreciate it if someone could
send/post some pointers about accessing extended memory and it's addressing
scheme.
