Lines: 16 Keywords: Flakiness Has anyone out there experienced peculiar things with the CoCo 3 and old disk controllers? I am using an old R/S disk controller, the one that used 12v (thanks R/S, penalize those of us who supported you from the beginning) and I have added a 12v power supply to my CoCo 3. It basically works O.K., although I am having some flakiness problems. For example, when I turn the computer on, it comes up with the appropriate DISK BASIC banner, but frequently the first disk access causes the computer to go off into a world of its own. Resetting the computer and trying again cures the problem. If it is just some initialization problem with BASIC, I really don't care since I spend most of my time in OS9. If there is some other compatibility problem, I'd like to find out. Thanks for any info. Terry Ingoldsby ...!ihnp4!alberta!calgary!ingoldsby
