I have the impression that Fedit's disk is linked to the progress it is making on the current task. I wouldn't mind something like that in the finder, in fact I would prefer the disk to spinning watch hands on aesthetic grounds :-). By the way: does anyone know how to use the Fragmentation index in Fedit+? By that I mean, say, if it goes beyond "x" the volume is dangerously fragmented.
