Mr. Steve Jobs, as everyone knows, is trying to develop workstations
at NeXT, Inc.

H. Ross Perot bought 16% of NeXT and director's seat.  For those who
don't know, Mr. Perot is a Texan who founded EDS, sold it to GM,
then fought with GM's chairman over how it was being run.  More
importantly, he was the subject of a docudrama for funding a private
rescue mission to save his employees in Tehran back in 1978 or so.
And he was asked to give a few million ransom for the Beirut hostages
recently.

The money will go to cover the R&D costs for the NeXT products scheduled
to debug this summer.
