Pop-up menus are okay in some circumstances, and even desirable for some
uses, but not in title bars of window.  To wit:

          You should not change the shape of the zoom-window box
          or change the interpretation of clicking on the zoom-
          window box.  You should add no other elements to the 
          title bar.  Except in the zoom-window box and in the
          close box, clicking within the title bar should have no
          effect.

Lightspeed C is great, but this one went against the rules.
