i'm running codeview on a program on an AT&T 6300, using the AT&T's
extended graphics resolution of 640x400.  as i expected, codeview
(the MS C v4 debugger) can't deal with this graphics mode correctly
and every other pixel scan line gets lost when i use codeview.

do other people have this problem??  is there a fix for it??
