Summary: my wife would get upset if I brought it home before it worked

Does anyone out there have enough documentation on a KIM-1 so that I
could get it to work?  Phil pulled it out of his files and said that
he was going to throw it into the trash if I didn't take it, so it's
sitting in the top drawer of my desk waiting for some documentation and
the proper power supply so I can take it home...

I'm willing to pay photocopy and or shipping costs (please send mail
first though!)...
