	This is a call for a little help.  HELP!!

	I have 2 Callan UNISTAR 300s with:
		68010 (10 Mhz)
		2 Mb
		140Mb disk
		1 IOP
		Unix System V Release 4.2 by Unisoft
		Excelan EXOS/101 ethernet board with NETWORK release 1.2

	I need the following software:
		telnet		( Did not come with network software. )
		uuencode, uudecode
		sar		( It's missing from the distribution. )
		ibm-pc <-> unix file server software that supports email,
			print spooling and remote execution.

	It so happens I have one Excelan EXOS/201 ethernet board.  But I
	don't know how to make work in place of the older 101 board.
