Has anybody hacked bib to allow explicit author sort keys?  I'd
like to do this sort of thing:

	%A Brewster de\ Pewster
	%T When Shadows Fall
	%I Garlic Press
	%D 1987
	%a Pewster

	%A Kurt G\o'o\(..'del
	%T I Can't Prove This Title
	%I Sprinkler-Verlag
	%D 1940
	%a Godel

The idea is to keep de Pewster from showing up among the D's, and
Godel from coming before Galois.
