i've been trying to use the impress publication 'language'
and am having problems with the 'landscape' mode.
in particular, using @SET_HV_SYSTEM 0 0 3 1@ does not
put me in landscape mode (at least the quadrant that i want,
with the origin in the left bottom corner and h increasing
to the right and v increasing to the top).

i have tried many combinations of rotations and can't seem
to get anything to print on the paper.  anyone know if i'm
thinking the wrong way or whether the documentation is wrong?
