I'm new to the TeXworld, the usual excuse-me's apply. If you have any answers, please MAIL them to me, do not post. 1. Is TeX a freely distributed system, like gnu-emacs? 2. Can it be obtained in C code, instead of Pascal. I have a pascal compiler (Sun standard distribution), but I'd rather run in C if its available that way. 3. Does anyone know where TeX can be ftp'ed from on the Arpanet? My thanks, -- David S.
