I get the USERNAME prompt, but although it seems to be echoing the correct letters back, it refuses to let me in. It seems that somehow there are some character distortions occuring. Can the "variable" settings have something to do with this? Perhaps "eol", or "host", etc. ? Any undistorted input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. -- Lazer Danzinger UUCP: {decvax|allegra|ihnp4|linus|utcsri}!utzoo!mnetor!lazer ARPA: mnetor!lazer@seismo.css.gov BELL: +1 416 475 8980 ext. 323
