	In reference to my ealier problem in establishing a
	connection with a VAX, via tip, I discovered the problem.
	The parity variable defaulted to 'even', which apparently
	the Vax did not digest very well. I set it to 'none', which
	probably also implied, 8 bits, as opposed to 'even' which probably
	implies 7 bits.

	Remember: Forewarned is forearmed.
	Hope you found these little tid-bits digestable.
