I am having problem getting talk to run on our Vax 11/780 under
4.2BSD.  When I try to talk to somebody (local -- that's all we got), I 
get the following error message:

 	Couldn't bind to socket; Can't assign request address (49)

Can anyone help with this?  I have a feeling I have a missing or messed up
database somewhere, but don't have the faintest idea where to look.
