In fact, the extra code in ksh is not really this at all - it just implements a slightly modified version of shl to run under (as in "below") ksh, though I havn't bothered looking to see exactly how it differs from the standard shl. It certains *isn't* a case of the sxt layering stuff being understood directly by ksh. PS.
