It has several bug fixes (like dying when resizing the alternate screen and yanking text that fills the line) as well as making all the options consistent again (before -sb meant turn on the scrollbar while -tb meant turn off the titlebar, now it means always to turn on so titlebars are no the default as in previous versions). This should be the last in the 6.6 series. When I find the time, I work on version 7 of xterm, which should have some niceties, like a command that you can run within an xterm window to reconfigure that window (e.g., change the font, color, size, etc).
