I arranged to get a copy but haven't yet got anything. Could someone post a review of this system? For mail (and a news transfer mechanism), the PMDF mailer from Harvey Mudd College was announced a few months ago. It uses the PhoneNet protocol to transfer mail over dialup lines. I don't know about the availability of PMDF on Unix, we have it as part of the CSNET software. It also has JNET (RSCS) and InterNet interfaces. The news system is free, PMDF is 50$ US and can't be redistributed. ned@hmcvax.bitnet can send you more information on PMDF.
