You can get SNOBOL from the Spring 1984 USA DECUS tape copy project.  THe
VAX SIG tape contains a directory [VAX84A.SDC.SNOBOL].  This is a
complete SNOBOL implementation using SIL (SNOBOL Implementation Language).
