We have a few questions: 1) What kind of performance can we expect from the Ethernet connection (versus 9600 baud asynchronous)? 2) What software is require on the VAX? I understand that the PS300 talks TCP/IP, so I assume that something like Wollongong's TCP/IP would be required on the VAX. Or is there some other package that works and is cheaper? 3) Are there any problems we are likely to run into? Anyone out there currently running a similar configuration?
