Is there any way to abort a "dismount pending" after a "$DISMOUNT ddcu"
BEFORE all files are closed ? (like a "$START queue" after a "STOP/NEXT queue"
during the "stop pending"). I got this trouble after copying a VMS system
to a user disk by the VMSKITBLD "ADD" option, which dismounted the user disk
after it has done its work, regardless of the mount state at procedure start.
