First a little history... The Bad Brains are a rather unique Punk Band. The most common members of punk bands tend to be spoiled white kids, but what we get here is 4 black rasta-punks who can actually play their instruments well. Originally they composed what was supposed to be a fairly good Jazz-Rock fusion band. Album: I against I Artists: Bad Brains Mini Review: Although not as powerful as previous Albums/EP's, "I against I" is enjoyable. Whereas their previous albums alternated between hardcore thrash and Slow reggae tunes, the current album has fused the two styles into a nasty beat heavy punk influenced amalgam. Tracks of note: I against I, House of Suffering, Return to Heaven Capsule: I liked it!! Joe Slime
