The show was hosted by Monty Python's Eric Idle, who brought Kate as a special guest. I was lucky enough to have been experimenting with my (at that time) new guetto-blaster's built-in microphone (stereo no less) recording system and just happen to tape most of the audio coming out of my little B&W TV. As I recall, the tape included some nifty special effect such as my own NJ love- hound (C'mell) barking through much of the show and my dad opening the door and asking "Are you asleep yet?" (in Spanish that is). I listened to that cheap tape many times and decided I really liked this singer/composer. I still do. In other matters, I'm relocating to the North-East Massachusetts area so I'll be off of the net for a hopefully brief, but as of yet undetermined length of time. Please keep any relevant discussions in mod.music.gaffa. I'll try to get back to the group ASAP, I enjoy it a lot. This is RAEL signing off for now. Dan Vanevic Suspended in Gaffa
