Keith, I didn't mean to pick on you. I was just trying to illustrate the tendency of people to exploit (and perhaps knowingly or unknowingly become dependent on) handouts be it from the government or from private sources. The problem with handouts from the government is that the accountability system is so weak and/or the time lag is so long that such abuses never get effectively curbed. Willie ------- -------
