Before I kill myself trying to track this down, is there anything in specific
that I should look for when I get a message from efsd that reads:

nbp_register: Address already in use.
nbp_regisrer: Error code is -1025

This is when it is first starting up, so I'm not sure how the address could
already be in use. Any enlightening suggestions would be welcome. Oh, this is
the latest efsd from the cap3.shar file off of russell.
