The first of the error messages is the last unix system error
encountered by the processes and here has no relevance (Address
already in use comes from the fact that we just dynamically allocated
a socket by trying to open with a different socket number until
successful).  The error number -1025 means "no confirmation" on
register.  This indicates to me that your atis is not functioning
correctly or isn't running at all.  Also, check that your atalk.local
file is established correctly (cf. kip installation) since the new kip
software is required for cap distribution 3.0.
