I would appreciate mail from anyone aware of specific implementations
which send other than "space parity" (Bit 8 always 0) on Telnet streams
(in normal mode, not binary).  This would include cases where an individual
manufacturer believed that, for instance, all Ascii characters always had
Bit 8 set, and the like.

I will summarize to the list.
