Folks,

using a DEC DELNI (an Ethernet 8-transceivers multiplexer) tapping from
our Ethernet I discovered the following:
the machines connected on it where unable to talk each other (to exchange
IP packets) meanwhile they are able to talk with any other machine
on the ethernet.
Has anybody ever met this problem? Could anybody help me in clarifying
the reason of that?
