F. (2) Blend eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter, and vanilla together. (3) Add pecans. (4) Bake at 375 deg. F for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 350 deg. F and bake for another 45 minutes or so (until a knife inserted halfway between the edge and the center comes out clean. (5) Remove and let cool. NOTES If you use pecan halves it will look nicer than pecan pieces, but be more difficult to cut. RATING Difficulty: easy. Time: 10 minutes preparation, 1 hour cooking.
