Would somebody please send me some of the excerpts from the news vs.
notes discussion which took place awhile back where the features and
implementation issues of the news and notes system were compared and
criticized?  I am especially interested in Dave Taylor's discussion.  I
am part of a group researching message archival systems and we are
presently evaluating messages in separate files vs. one file containing
many messages.

Your help will be *greatly* appreciated.
