	I am posting this in response to a request.  Please contact the company

THE COMPANY:

	Michael Mooradian Associates (MMA) has implemented and integrated into
a variety of major modem manufacturer's products an asynchronous/synchronous
communication protocol.  The protocol was implemented using a mix of a state
table compiler, C compiler and assembler targeted to a Z80.

THE NEED:

	We need a person who has 'C' and Z80 experience under a Unix and/or
PC-DOS development environment.  A person who practices "Never making promises
you can't keep".  The person should be able to communicate well.
