Summary: refer format bibliography for RISC

I used to have a refer format data base of RISC papers,
and then (Silly Me!) I went and wiped it out in an effort to
appease the file system quotas.  I then found that I managed
to archive an old and incomplete version of the data base.

Before I get my suffering R.A. to type the whole thing in,
I would like to know if any of you have a fairly complete list
of papers from about 1976 onwards,  and if so,  could you
send it to me?

If it is in REFER format,  even better.  If not,  I have a handy little
program that attempts to put things into REFER format,  that I will
try and post to the net.  I will also post the bibliography to the net.
