Anyone who has a modem in answer mode and doesn't disable the
ability of someone else to get in the modem command mode is
ASKING for trouble. At the very least the caller could disable
answer, taking the line out of service (and a bitch to find).
There are other things to do, but I don't want to bring them to
anyone's attention.
