If I use 'temacs -l loadup' when emacs comes up there are functions open-termscript and open-dribble-file available and documented. However, if I then dump emacs and use xemacs open-termscript has vanished completely - even describe-function reports it as being not documented despite the fact the documentation IS in the DOC file. What's funny is that open-dribble-file is still there and it behaves as it did before? Has anybody out there seen this behaviour before and know of the problem (or better still a FIX)? Other than that emacs appears to work fine - the problem only came to light when I needed to check what emacs was really sending to me over an rlogin connection to another machine which was behaving strangely. All help gratefully received... Graham P. (!ukc!cheviot!graham)
