Emacs 18.39 is now available in the usual places.
Diffs from 18.38 are 430k, but 300k are new and complete replacement
files, which should be easy to install.

In one week, I will make 18.40, which will be the "final" Emacs 18.
I hope people can test 18.39 on as many machines as possible.
