Have you have been having trouble ftp-ing the Utah raster toolkit because of
its size?  It has now been split into 3 segments for (hopefully) easier
FTP access.  The original 'pub/toolkit.tar' is still there, or you can
get the three files 'pub/toolkit-[123].tar'.  The first two (-1 and -2)
are about 500k bytes each, and contain the source and documentation,
respectively.  The third file is about 1.5Mb, and contains sample
images.  You should be sure to use 'binary' mode when transferring these
files.  (Use anonymous ftp to cs.utah.edu.)

Also, I would like to request that you send mail to
'toolkit-request@cs.utah.edu' rather than 'toolkit@cs.utah.edu' if you
are having problems or have questions about the toolkit.  (Uucp mail
should go to {ihnp4,decvax,seismo}!utah-cs!toolkit-request.)
