Has anyone written code to translate from Munsell color notation to
RGB (or, probably more reasonably, XYZ)?  I was talking to an artist
friend the other day, and he was saying colors like "BP 10" and "B 2".
He said it was Munsell, or a modified form.  Well, if he's going to
communicate to me like that, I would like to be able to display the
colors he wants on the screen.
