I'm looking for a program that will run under VMS (ver. 4.3) that allows
you to, somehow, edit a "picture", and generate graphics for display on
a DEC VT240 terminal, using REGIS graphics commands.  If anyone knows of
anything that will vaguely do this, please respond via e-mail to the
address below.  I don't want to have to figure out the REGIS commands
by hand (yuk!), and would like to automate the process somehow.
