I have a simple but interesting program called "ped" (picture editor) that edits a REGIS picture interactively. It was written for a GIGI; I've never tried it on a VT240. It's in UNIX C and would probably port to VMS without much trouble. If you or anybody else wants it, write me. If there's enough interest I'll post it.
