Like everyone else, I never manage to keep the articles I really need.  Does
anyone have a list of the predefined names that preprocessors tend to have
and/or prefer.  Like "unix", "vax" and so on.  Alternatively, can anyone tell
me if the Microsoft C compiler for IBMPC/MSDOS has any such?  Reply by mail,
anyone else wanting the list can mail me, don't followup!
