A couple of weeks ago, someone posted a reference to an article called
"Extending Modula-2 to Build Large Integrated Systems", which they said
was in the Nov 86 issue of IEEE Software. Since it does not appear to be
in that issue or any other issue I could find, could someone please tell
me:

   - Where can I find this article?
   - Is there any other source of information about DEC Modula-2+?

I am also interested in any other pointers to articles describing
extensions or proposed extensions to Modula-2, as well as standardization
efforts for the core language.

Of course I am aware that any discussion of extensions to Modula-2 is
heresy. I just happen to be a heretic. Pet peeve #457: why can't you
have both quote characters in the text of the same Modula-2 string constant?
Only the good Dr. W. knows for sure.
