I am having a problem with decnet mailers.  We are running Ultrix 1.2 here at
ncsu, and we have a mixture of vms machines thrown in.  

Here is the problem:  I am getting to: addresses of the following form:
node::"user@realnode" that I should parse into user@realnode.  The problem is
that I can not get rid of the double quotes after the ::.

Any ideas?
