    Copyright must be immediately asserted as soon as you know
    there's an infraction.  I'm sure if uuslave is based on AT&T
    trade-secret code, they could make a strong case that it took
    them a long while to find out.  Immediate injunctions and
    restraining orders don't happen very often, outside of LA Law.
