Why is the fee a yearly one? What ongoing costs justify a yearly fee? If a yearly fee is a "convenience" for companies who would rather pay a yearly fee instead of a fee on a per-change basis, or a "convenience" for your organization (I know there are costs associated with order processing and accounting), why don't you offer an "initial" fee and a "change" fee? (If one were to guess I have been going over the accounting and budgets here at Plus Five, one would be correct.) -- Hokey
