The easy part is, the printheads used to run about fifty to sixty dollars. You can easily install them yourself. Don't pay someone else to. I could { talk you throught it if you are particularly nonmechanical. Now for the other question. I've never heard of a printhead going bad making the print get light. I suppose it could, but generally they throw a pin or completely burn up. Anybody else have any ideas. All the customers I talked to loved the upgrade, we sold quite a few.
