It is nearly the end of February, and a number of 
USENIX members have not (yet) paid their dues.  

In a few weeks we will be mailing the March/April 
issue of ;login:.  This issue will *only* be sent
to current USENIX members.  Among other things, the
March/April issue will contain an article on MINIX
by Andy Tanenbaum, as well as other articles and 
reviews and news of the June Conference in Phoenix.

Individual renewals and new memberships are $30
for the calendar year (students, with a copy of 
current id, $15).
